Chaozhou Jinhui Ceramic Factory Co., Ltd. was established in 1990 and has 30 years of production experience. The company is located in the south of Lixin Road, Chaozhou Development Zone. It is an enterprise producing medium, high-grade and high-temperature fired daily-use ceramics. Its main products are daily-use ceramics, hotel ceramics and aviation ceramics. It was successfully put into the ceramic hand mold production line in 2020 and officially mass produced nitrile PVC ceramic hand mold. ​ Our company covers an area of 10 mu and a construction area of 7800 square meters. The main equipment includes rolling forming machine (15 sets / set), 2-ton pressure grouting (3 sets / set), one 52m tunnel kiln, 34m circular plain firing, one flower kiln, two 8m3 shuttle kilns, one 1m3 trial firing kiln, new ceramic hand mold production line, and equipped with sanding machine, sand spraying machine and water mill. Some of the machines were developed by ourselves. All technicians have been trained and can now meet high-quality standards. The designed annual production capacity is 3 million pieces. Mr. Zhai Jinzhong, chairman and general manager of the company, has been engaged in ceramics for a long time and is familiar with all production and sales links of ceramic products. The company has finance department, sample department, production department, transportation department and sales department, and each department is in the charge of a specially assigned person. In 1999, it passed the FDA certification of daily ceramics exported to the United States.
